What happens after purchase?
1. You will receive onboarding documents to begin the trademark process (engagement letter and intake form). Once onboarding is complete, we will begin the next step.**
2. The Trademark Search – this usually takes no more than 1 week.
3. We will provide you with a low, moderate, or high risk for your results.
Note: If the results come back high risk, we will do a second search at no additional cost in order to help you find a suitable name that can be protected.
We will email you the results along with a link for you to schedule a call to discuss the results.
4. We file the application.
What is included with the webinar special?
1. Additional trademark searches if your original trademark search is too high-risk to move forward with an application.

How long will the trademark process take?
The search normally does not take more than a week. Once the application is filed, it will take at least 13 months to be registered. The application process will be longer if we receive any office actions.
Other fees* that may be involved in the process that will be invoiced IF they come about:
A) Additional Classes: $500 per class
B) Statement of Use for filing an “intent-to-use” application: $450 per class
C) Extension to file a “Statement of Use”: $450 per class
D) Likelihood of Confusion Refusal Response (or other substantive refusal response): $1,200 (may be split into 2-payments)
